<br /> 5. 1 Glen Crain - Discussion on Road Problem
<br /> Mr. Crain was present, and questioned the Council as to what was going to be done about
<br /> the filled ditches along his field (Frenchman Road and Everton) .. Mr. Crain stated that
<br /> his field does not drain now, and felt it was the city's problem created by them. Mr.
<br /> Crain also alleged that a culvert located on the Wenzel farm is plugged. It was de-
