Mayor LaValle and Councilman <br /> Schletty will attempt to locate the culvert that Mr. Crain feels is plugged. <br /> 5.2 Lloyd Sathre - Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Sathre, 13040 Ingersoll Avenue, would like to construct a 48 x 48 pole barn to <br /> be used for personal and agriculture storage. The land lies within the RRII district <br /> which allows for 1800 square feet (site plan only) . The house and proposed building <br /> would be located on 5 acres, but Mr. Sathre owns a total of 35 acres. <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, Irsfeld seconded, to approve the Special Use Permit <br /> for Lloyd Sathre, 13040 Ingersoll Avenue North, to construct a 48 x 48 <br /> pole building to be used for personal and agriculture storage, according <br /> to submitted site plan. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.3 Safeway House Movers - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Irsfeld seconded, to renew the Mobile Home Permit for <br /> Safeway House Movers, 5885 165th Street, under Chapter 40, Article III, <br /> Subdivision E, for a period of 90 days. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.4 Randall Irving - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, Vail seconded, to issue a temporary Mobile Home Permit <br /> to Randall Irving, 12870 Henna..Avenue, to be used as temporary living <br /> quarters during construction of main residence. Granted for a period of <br /> 90 days. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.5 Windsor-Gro - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded, to renew the Mobile Home Permit for <br /> Windsor-Gro, 17385 Forest Boulevard, under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdi- <br /> vision D, for a period of 90 days. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.6 Cal-Inland - Expiration of Letter of Credit <br /> A $10,000 Letter of Credit was required from Cal-Inland to guarantee certain condi- <br /> tions of the Site Plan Approval, and will expire 8/1/82. A pressure type mound <br /> system was proposed for installation, but Engineer Kuusisto was not clear as to where <br /> this system could be installed. Mr. Cadwallader has supplied thecity with a copy of <br /> a pumping contract with Olson's Sewer Service to guarantee pumping of the holding <br /> tank. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded, that the City send a letter to <br /> Cal-Inland, Inc. , instructing Mr. Cadwallader to have an extended Letter of <br /> Credit submitted to City Hall by July 26, 1982, 12:00 noon, or else the <br />
