COUNCIL <br /> August 16, 1982 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:02 PM. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Vail, Schletty <br /> Also — Engineer Kuusisto and Attorney Johnson <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the minutes <br /> of August 2, 1982, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the General <br /> Claims for August 16, 1982, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Irsfeld seconded, to approve the Utility <br /> Claims for August 16, 1982, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES <br /> 5.1 James Leroux -- Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Irsfeld seconded, to renew the Mobile Home <br /> Permit for James Leroux, 4360 165th Street North, under <br /> Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D, for a period of 90 days. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.2 Emanuel Colonna -- Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> Mr. Colonna has moved the trailer from his property; therefore, the <br /> permit is no longer required. <br /> 5.3 Richard Granger — Sale of Convenience Center (Individuall ), <br /> Richard Granger is proposing the sale of the individual units in the <br /> Convenience Center, creating a condominium situation. The association <br /> would own the real estate, and each purchaser would own the interior <br /> of the building. Attorney Johnson stated that the City would require <br /> a copy of the condominium articles and their by—laws before the City <br /> could sign the deeds. Mr. Granger stated that he will provide copies <br /> of everything that he has to submit to Washington County. <br />
