73 August 16, 1982 5.4 EMS Contract The City failed to meet the deadline of June 18, 1982, and lost the $550.00 that would have been allocated to the Fire Department. In order to qualify for funds in 1983, this contract is required to be signed by the City. MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded, that the City of Hugo execute the EMS Contract between the City and Washing- ton County. All aye. Motion Carried. 5.5 Byron Anderson - Re zoning Mr. Anderson is proposing the rezoning of 160 acres from Conservancy to Agriculture. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the application. The City Council agrees that soils information should be submitted prior to rezoning to assure that the land will accommo- date 10 acre building sites. MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded, to place the An- derson matter on the agenda for. 9/7/82 and notify Byron Anderson that the City is looking for proof of buildable sites. All aye. Motion Carried. 6.0 ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS 6.1 Resolution 1982-5 MOTION: Schletty made motion, LaValle seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1982-5, A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES FOR ELEC- TIONS BE BE HELD SEPTEMBER 14, 1982 AND NOVEMBER 2, 1982, IN THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA. All aye. Motion Carried. 6.2 Resolution 1982-6 MOTION: McAllister made motion, Irsfeld seconded, to adopt RESO-- LUTION 1982-6, A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTION 1982 FOR THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA. All aye. Motion Carried. 6.3 Further Discussion of the proposed Ordinance 187 MOTION: LaValle male motion, Irsfeld seconded, to set a public hearing for September 7, 1982, at 8:00 PM, for the purpose of further discussion of the proposed Ordinance 187. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail VOTING AGAINST: McAllister Motion Carried.
