Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, Schletty seconded, that the clerk be directed to send <br /> a letter to the delinquent Utility Accounts stating that their water will <br /> be shut off if their bill is not paid by September 29, 1982. Delinquent <br /> accounts with sewer only will be certified to the county along with an <br /> additional 10% charge. <br /> All aye.
