84 September 20, 1982 <br /> necessity of a permit, and was informed that there was no precedent for this type <br /> of situation. Ms. Thorpe would present the matter to the Board on Wednesday night, <br /> and contact the clerk's office with their decision. McAllister and Mr. Johnson <br /> concurred that the applicant should proceed with Site Plan Approval. Plans for <br /> the new building were submitted and reviewed by the Council and Engineer. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the Site Plan for <br /> Robert Palsa, aka The Bottle Company, to reconstruct their building in <br /> the Bald Eagle Industrial Park subject to receipt by the Clerk's office <br /> of a properly executed application and payment of the file fee. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> Let the record show that this Site Plan does not address blacktop and drainage due <br /> to the fact that it is a replacement building for the building that was destroyed <br /> by fire. Exterior construction will be on the old foundation, and of similar <br /> materials to the building that was destroyed. <br /> 5.7 Lester Schmidt - Minor Subdivision <br /> Mr. Meyer, attorney for the application for subdivisbn, submitted three deeds for <br /> the newly created lots. After review by the City Attorney, he stated that the <br /> deeds were acceptable for recording. However, before these deeds are stamped <br /> for recording by the clerk's office, the assessment breakdown should be completed. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, Schletty seconded, that this matter be placed on the <br /> agenda for the meeting of October 4th. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 6.0 ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS - No discussion <br /> 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS - No discussion <br /> 8.0 NEW BUSINESS - No discussion <br /> 9.0 Attorney and Engineer <br /> Mr. Johnson submitted his montly report. The clerk was instructed to submit <br /> another bill to Arnold Monson by registered mail and return receipt requested. <br /> The police contract was returned from Washington County, and they have greed with <br /> the city's corrections. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, Schletty seconded, that the Mayor be authorized to <br /> sign the Police Contract for 1982. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> FISCHER GRAVEL <br /> Mr. Johnson submitted the necessary agreements for the purchase of grave from the <br /> Fischer pit, for review only. <br />
