Motion Carried. <br /> Let the record show that this Site Plan does not address blacktop and drainage due <br /> to the fact that it is a replacement building for the building that was destroyed <br /> by fire. Exterior construction will be on the old foundation, and of similar <br /> materials to the building that was destroyed. <br /> 5.7 Lester Schmidt - Minor Subdivision <br /> Mr. Meyer, attorney for the application for subdivisbn, submitted three deeds for <br /> the newly created lots. After review by the City Attorney, he stated that the <br /> deeds were acceptable for recording.
