Approve Application from Wayne and Dianne Peterson for Senior Deferral for Rice Lake <br /> Meadows Improvement Project <br /> 6. Approve Appointment of Scott Arcand as Vice Chair of the Planning Commission <br /> 7. Approve Pay Request No. 1 to Pember Company for 129th Street Bridge Project <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Approval of Claims <br /> Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> Approve Annual Performance Review for Accounting Clerk Anna Wobse. <br /> The City of Hugo hired Anna Wobse as the City's new Accounting Clerk on October 27,2008. <br /> Over the past seven years,Anna has worked under the direction of Finance Director Ron Otkin <br /> in accounts payable and payroll functions. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual <br /> performance review for Accounting Clerk Anna Wobse. <br /> Approve Proclamation Proclaiming October as Toastmasters Month <br /> The City of Hugo has been contacted by a member of a Toastmasters group in White Bear Lake <br /> requesting the City of Hugo proclaim the month of October as Toastmasters month. Adoption of <br /> the Consent Agenda approved the proclamation proclaiming October as Toastmasters Month. <br /> Approve Application from Wayne and Dianne Peterson for Senior Deferral for Rice Lake <br /> Meadows Improvement Project <br /> In 2006,the City Council passed a resolution establishing a program to defer payments of special <br /> assessments for senior citizens. Wayne and Dianne Peterson have submitted an application for <br /> deferment of special assessments for property they own at 6073 145th Street North. They were <br /> assessed$4,100.00 for the Rice Lake Meadows Street Improvement Project completed this year. <br /> Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the deferment of special assessment for Wayne and <br /> Dianne Peterson per the terms of the approved resolution. <br /> Approve Appointment of Scott Arcand as Vice Chair of the Planning Commission <br /> At their October 8,2015 Planning Commission meeting,the Commission voted to recommend <br /> appointment of Scott Arcand as the Vice Chair of the Planning Commission to replace Bronwen <br />
