Polls are open from 7 a.m.to 8 p.m. Keystone Place at LaValle Fields Open House on Thursday.November 12.2015 City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that Keystone Place at LaValle Fields has invited them to attend a Grand Opening Reception on Thursday,November 12,2015 from 4-6:30 p.m. Haas made motion,Klein seconded,to schedule a meeting to attend the Keystone Place at LaValle Fields Grand Opening on Thursday,November 12,2015. All Ayes.Motion carried. Cancel November 16.2015 City Council Meeting City Administrator Bryan Bear added this to the agenda to ask Council if they would like to cancel the next regular meeting of the Council due to conflicts in schedule and possible lack of agenda items. Haas made motion,Petryk seconded,to cancel the Council meeting November 16,2015 based on findings of staff. All Ayes. Motion carried. Reschedule Northeast Metro Water Summit on November 18.2015 City Administrator Bryan Bear added this to the agenda to request Council reschedule the Water Summit scheduled for Wednesday,November 18,2015 due to conflicts in many schedules. Weidt made motion,Miron seconded,to direct staff to select another date on which to hold the Northeast Metro Water Summit. All Ayes. Motion carried. Le slative Reception on Thursday.November 19.2015 Klein asked if other Council members were interested in attending the Legislative Reception sponsored by the Hmong Chamber of Commerce,Hugo Business Association,Vadnais Heights Economic Heights Economic Development Corporation,and the White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce. The reception will be held on Thursday,November 19,2015 at the Hmong House in North St. Paul from 5-7:30 p.m. Klein made motion,Haas seconded,to schedule the Legislative Reception as a meeting on Thursday,November 19,2015. All Ayes. Motion carried.
