Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for December 7,2015 <br /> Page 3 of 10 <br /> Approval of Claims <br /> Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> Approve Resolution Approving 2016 Salary and Reimbursement Levels <br /> During the 2016 budget process,the City Council indicated their desire to adjust the City's salary <br /> matrix by 1.5%and grant step increases to employees who have not yet reached their pay grade <br /> maximums. Additionally, staff has included a$0.50 per hour increase for firefighters who have <br /> completed five(but less than 10)years of service. These adjustments will continue to allow the <br /> City to be in compliance with Pay Equity Statutes. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved <br /> RESOLUTION 2015-56 SETTING 2016 SALARIES FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND <br /> ESTABLISHING EMPLOYEE REIMBURSEMENT LEVELS. <br /> Approve Annual Snowmobile Trail Application for the Hugo Snowmobile Club, <br /> Each year,the Hugo Snowmobile Club submits its trail application to the City for the purpose of <br /> providing public recreational snowmobile trails during the winter. City staff reviewed the <br /> application and found it to be satisfactorily complete along with a copy of the insurance. <br /> Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the 2015-2016 annual trail application for the Hugo <br /> Snowmobile Club. <br /> • <br /> Approve Annual Snowmobile Trail Application for the Rice Creek Trail Association <br /> Each year,the Rice Creek Trail Snowmobile Club submits its trail application to the City for the <br /> purpose of providing public recreational snowmobile trails during the winter. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the hiring of Taylor Richter as the new <br /> Administrative Intern with the start date of Monday,December 21,2015. <br /> Approve Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit for Church of St.Genevieve for Raffle <br /> St.John the Baptist Men's Club of St.Genevieve's Church will be holding a fish fry on Friday, <br /> March 18,2015. An application has been submitted for a lawful gambling exempt permit to <br /> allow them to conduct raffles during the event.
