Council had agreed that this portion of 129th Street was in poor condition, and it would have cost the City more if the road improvements were made independently of the Lino Lake's project. Council had directed staff to prepare a resolution approving the payment of$14,974.10 for the City's share of the project. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2015-57 APPROVING PAYMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO 129TH STREET NORTH,WEST OF ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH, AS PART OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES ROAD PROJECT. Approve Release of Development Agreements for Victor Garden North Village 3rd, Addition FBN Elk River had requested release of the Development Agreements for Victor Garden North Village 3`d Addition. POA Shererer,LLC had entered into these agreements in 2002,2005,and 2006. All requirements in these agreements have been fulfilled. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the release of the Development Agreements for Victor Gardens North Village .3`d Addition. Approve Washington County Grant for 59.000 for Water Conservation Protects Washington County has offered additional financial support to the Met Council's Water Efficiency Grant program. Staff applied for the County's grant on October 22nd and has received news that the City has been awarded$9,000 to use as the local match fund for the Met Council's Water Efficiency Grant. The City will be notified by the Met Council at the end of December regarding the amount of money awarded for the Water Efficiency Grant. These monies will be utilized to establish the City of Hugo Water Rebate Program. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the grant from Washington County for$9,000 for water conservation projects. Approve Final Pay Request to Arnt Construction for Rice Lake Meadows and Finale Ave Road Improvement Protects Arnt Construction has submitted the final pay request for the Finale Avenue and Rice Lake Meadows street improvement projects. Staff had reviewed the pay request and found it to be satisfactory. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the final pay request to Arnt Construction in the amount of$68,052.72. Approve Change Order to Pember Companies.Inc.for the 129th Street Bridge Improvement Project Pember Companies had submitted a change order,Work Order No. 1,for the 129th Street Bridge Improvement Project. Due to unforeseen underlying soil conditions,it was necessary to use longer sheet piling than initially proposed,resulting in additional costs. Staff had reviewed the request and found it acceptable. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Work Order No. 1 from Pember Companies for an increase in the contract price totaling$20,969.95 for the 129th Street Bridge Improvement Project.
