Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for December 7,2015 Page 9 of 10 HBA Holiday Party on Tuesday.December 8.2015 City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded the Council that the Hugo Area Business Association will host a Holiday Party on Tuesday,December 8,2015. The party will be held at the Hugo American Legion at noon. City Holiday Party on Thursday.December 10.2015 City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded the Council that the City Holiday Party will be held on Thursday,December 10,2015 with social hour at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6:30.p.m. The event will be held at the Hugo American Legion. Schedule 147th Street/Oneka Lake Boulevard Neighborhood Meeting for Monday. December 14.2015 At its November 2,2015 meeting,Council directed staff to schedule a neighborhood meeting with the residents on 147th Street/Oneka Lake Boulevard to discuss a potential road project. This meeting was scheduled for Monday,December 14,2015 at Hugo City Hall. Petryk made motion,Klein seconded,to schedule a meeting to attend the neighborhood meeting on Monday, December 14,2015 at 7 p.m. All Ayes. Motion carried. Schedule Date for City Council Photo Staff requested Council select a date on which to take the Council's photo. This photo will replace the one on display outside the Council Chambers. Council directed staff to schedule the photo session for December 14 or December 21, at 6:30 p.m. Expiring Term on the Rice Creek Watershed District Board. City Administrator Bryan Bear informed the Council that the tenn of John Waller on the Rice Creek Watershed District Board was to expire on January 18,2016. The Washington County Board will select watershed district managers for lists of nominees submitted by municipalities. by December 19,2015. Haas made motion,Miron seconded,to send letter to Washington County asking John Waller be reappointed to the RCWD Board. All Ayes. Motion carried.
