His expertise includes marketing, planning and development, and leasing. <br />Throughout his career he has had various roles. Prior to joining Grubb & EllisINorthco, Dick was the Senior Vice President at Eberhardt <br />Company where he directed the Real Estate Advisory Services Department, charged with coordinating and combining the skills and <br />resources necessary to get maximum return from real estate assets for corporate, institutional and government clients.
