On Friday, <br />September 19, "Frozen" (PG) <br />—_ will be shown at Hanifl Fields <br />Athletic Park at 7032 137th <br />Street. The bonfire will start at <br />7:00pm and the 108 minute <br />movie will start at about <br />7:30pm. Please bring blan- <br />kets and chairs to sit on. <br />_ Snacks and beverages will be <br />provided. This is a free <br />event sponsored by Ideal <br />_ Credit Union. Parents or <br />guardians must be present. <br />-- -- StoryWalk <br />Join us September 27 at <br />Heritage Ponds Park at 15541 <br />Empress Avenue for a special story <br />time and a self -guided StoryWalkTMl <br />Families will enjoy strolling through <br />the fall foliage while reading a picture <br />book displayed on posts along the trail. <br />Warm beverages will be waiting for <br />families as they finish the story. This <br />program is sponsored by Washington <br />County Libraries. <br />The StoryWalkTM Project was created by Anne Ferguson <br />ofMontpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the <br />Vermont Bicycle & Pedestrian Coalition and the Kellogg <br />Hubbard Library. <br />Tot Time & Family Time <br />The City of Hugo has partnered with <br />the White Bear Lake Area School <br />District to make the gymnasium at <br />Oneka Elementary, 4888 Heritage <br />Parkway North, open to all Hugo resi- <br />dents. Tot Time & Family Time will <br />begin November 2! Activity options <br />may include a bounce house, basket- <br />ball, bowling, sensory development <br />toys, age 0-2 play space and an assort- <br />ment of toys for all ages and develop- <br />mental stages. Photo identification is required. <br />Study Looks at Transit Options <br />In 2009, two possibilities were recommended <br />as possible future transit routes in the transit - <br />way corridor between Hinckley and Union De- <br />pot in downtown St. Paul: I-35E/I-35 from Un- <br />ion Depot to Forest Lake and the Ramsey <br />County Regional Railroad Authority (RCRRA) <br />right-of-way from Union Depot to White Bear Lake (east of Highway 61). A <br />current study aims to identify one mode and alignment as the corridor's locally <br />preferred alternative.
