The City Council extended the moratorium until May 2001.
B. The new well and water tower should be on line by August 2001.
C. The Met Council received the City's Comprehensive Plan in 1998. The plan has not been given final
approval. The Park Plan has also been submitted and is in good shape at this time. The White Bear Lake School District is looking for a new site in Hugo. This needs to be considered
in all planning efforts.
