Minutes <br />Parks Commission, City of Hugo <br />December 10, 2014 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />Council Chambers, City Hall <br />Call to Order <br />Present: Rachel Berger, Mat Rauschendorfer, Nicole Schmid, Dave Strub, Ranell Tennyson, <br />Tom Windisch <br />Absent: Joan Benner <br />Staff Present: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br />Shayla Syverson, Parks Planner <br />Debi Close, Parks Secretary <br />Tom Windisch called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />I. Approval of Minutes from November Meeting <br />Berger made a motion, Tennyson seconded to approve the minutes of the November 12, 2014 <br />Parks Commission meeting. <br />Aye: Berger, Rauschendorfer, Schmid, Tennyson and Windisch. <br />Abstained: Strub <br />Motion Carried. <br />II. Presentation of the Lions Park Concept Plans <br />Candace Amberg, Senior Landscape Architect with WSB and Associates, presented three <br />concept plans for Lions Park to the Parks Commission and public. Residents were invited to <br />provide feedback on the plans. There were over 10 residents in the audience that participated. <br />Discussion included layout options, features, landscaping, parking, shelter/pavilion, traffic flow <br />and event hosting. <br />
