Minutes <br />Parks Commission, City of Hugo <br />February 25, 2015 <br />7:02 P.M. <br />Council Chambers, City Hall <br />Call to Order <br />Present: Rachel Berger, Dave Strub, Mat Rauschendorfer, Nicole Schmid, Tom Windisch <br />Absent: Ranelle Tennyson <br />Staff Present: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br />Shayla Syverson, Parks Planner <br />Debi Close, Secretary <br />I. Approval of Minutes from December Meeting <br />Windisch made a motion, Strub seconded to approve the minutes of the December 10, 2014 <br />Parks Commission meeting. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried. <br />II. Approval of Minutes January Meeting <br />Strub made a motion, Berger seconded to approve the minutes of the January 15, 2015 Parks <br />Commission meeting. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried. <br />III. Presentation of the Lions Park Preliminary Plan <br />Candace Amberg, Senior Landscape Architect with WSB and Associates, presented the Lions <br />Park preliminary master plan. <br />Discussion included: fluctuating storm water ponds, landscaping, size of amenities, neighboring <br />properties/phases development, Finale road relocation and reconstruction, indoor restrooms <br />and parking/traffic flow. <br />
