Rick's Liquor and the Hugo American Legion share a driveway access
from 140th Street, as well as parking.
The Board felt there was a hardship present because of the shape of the lot and
elevation of the property on which it would be located.
Schumann made motion, Puleo seconded, to recommend approval of the sign
variances.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Adiournment
Puleo made motion, Schumann seconded, to adjourn at 6:47 p.m.
All Ayes.
