He also said that he would rather allow an increase in the garage size <br />than see a building constructed further back on the property into the wetland area. <br />Brunotte said that with no basement the applicant would need more storage area and he would be <br />okay with approving the variance with the condition that the applicant be limited to a smaller <br />amount of accessory storage. <br />The applicant Robert Schauer, 1827 Clarence Street, White Bear Lake, said he would agree to <br />being limited in the amount of permitted accessory storage. <br />Schumann made motion, Brunotte seconded, to approve the variance for a 1,200 square foot <br />garage with the condition that the allowable accessory storage be reduced from 870 to 260 square <br />feet and the exterior facing the street be compatible with the house. <br />All Ayes.
