He said there are issues because houses <br />are placed on properties without considering additions and decks. <br />Schumann made motion to recommend approval of the variance for Hankee. <br />Motion died for lack of second and will be forwarded to the City Council without a <br />recommendation. <br />Anderson Variances for Accessory Buildings <br />The applicant had informed staff that he wished to change his application. Staff will need to re - <br />notice the adjacent property owners. <br />Schumann made motion, Brunotte seconded, to table the request. <br />All Ayes.
