MINUTES FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2014 <br />Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Petryk, Weidt <br />ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Attorney Dave Snyder, City Engineer <br />Jay Kennedy, and City Clerk Michele Lindau <br />November 3, 2014 Council Meeting <br />Klein made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the minutes for the Hugo City Council meeting <br />on November 3, 2014 as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />November 10, 2014 Board of Canvass <br />Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the minutes for the Board of Canvass on <br />November 10, 2014 as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />November 10, 2014 Rice Lake Meadows Neighborhood Meeting <br />Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the minutes for the Rice Lake Meadows <br />Neighborhood meeting as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of the Agenda <br />Weidt made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the agenda as presented <br />All Ayes. Motion carried <br />Habitat for Humanity (Generation Acres) Presentation <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear explained that Habitat for Humanity recently acquired the <br />remaining parcels in the Generation Acres townhome development, and he introduced Mike <br />Nelson, Director of Land Development for Habitat for Humanity, to explain their plan for the <br />site. <br />Mike said they began having conservations with Schwieters Company less than a year ago <br />regarding their donation of land to Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity's plan is to <br />complete the development as it was approved and construct the remaining 33 units. Mike talked <br />about the many programs that are a part of Habitat for Humanity and the other communities they <br />
