MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 17.2007 Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. PRESENT: Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron City Administrator Mike Ericson, CD Director Bryan Bear, City Attorney Dave Snyder, City Engineer Jay Kennedy, Associate Planner Rachel Simone, and City Clerk Mary Ann Creager ABSENT: Mike Granger APPROVE MINUTES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 4, 2007 Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the minutes for the September 4, 2007 meeting as presented. All aye. Motion Carried. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Remove J.1 — Discussion on Proposed City Policy on Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Add N.2 — Discussion on WBL Foundation Gala Event on September 28, 2007 Add N.3 — Discussion on Hugo's 0 Annual Fall Clean Up Day on September 15, 2007 Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the agenda for September 17, 2007 as amended. All aye. Motion Carried. CONSENT AGENDA Petryk made motion, Puleo seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: Approval of Claims Approve Sponsorship of Hugo Health & Wellness Fair on November 3`d at the Oneka Elementary School All aye. Motion Carried. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims roster for September 17, 2007 as presented. APPROVE SPONSORSHIP OF HUGO HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR ON NOVEMBER 3RD AT THE ONEKA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL As Council is aware, Oneka Chiropractic has held a Health Fair for the past four years, with last year's location at the Oneka Elementary School. This Health and Wellness Fair is an opportunity for Hugo businesses and health professionals to present health related topics and issues to Hugo residents and their families. City staff discussed the sponsorship with the Hugo Business Association, who has also agreed to help support this worthwhile community fair, which will be located again at the Oneka Elementary School. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the co-sponsorship of the Hugo Health
