MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 17.2007 <br />Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. <br />PRESENT: Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />City Administrator Mike Ericson, CD Director Bryan Bear, City Attorney Dave Snyder, City Engineer <br />Jay Kennedy, Associate Planner Rachel Simone, and City Clerk Mary Ann Creager <br />ABSENT: Mike Granger <br />APPROVE MINUTES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 4, 2007 <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the minutes for the September 4, 2007 meeting as <br />presented. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Remove J.1 — Discussion on Proposed City Policy on Sanitary Sewer Maintenance <br />Add N.2 — Discussion on WBL Foundation Gala Event on September 28, 2007 <br />Add N.3 — Discussion on Hugo's 0 Annual Fall Clean Up Day on September 15, 2007 <br />Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the agenda for September 17, 2007 as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Petryk made motion, Puleo seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br />Approval of Claims <br />Approve Sponsorship of Hugo Health & Wellness Fair on November 3`d at the Oneka Elementary <br />School <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims roster for September 17, 2007 as presented. <br />APPROVE SPONSORSHIP OF HUGO HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR ON NOVEMBER 3RD <br />AT THE ONEKA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL <br />As Council is aware, Oneka Chiropractic has held a Health Fair for the past four years, with last year's <br />location at the Oneka Elementary School. This Health and Wellness Fair is an opportunity for Hugo <br />businesses and health professionals to present health related topics and issues to Hugo residents and their <br />families. City staff discussed the sponsorship with the Hugo Business Association, who has also agreed <br />to help support this worthwhile community fair, which will be located again at the Oneka Elementary <br />School. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the co-sponsorship of the Hugo Health <br />
