MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF MAY 7.2001 <br />Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm <br />PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />City Administrator, Michael Ericson <br />Community Development Director, John Rask <br />City Attorney, Dave Snyder <br />City Engineer, Dave Mitchell <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF APRIL 9.2001 <br />Haas made motion, Puleo seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of April 9, <br />2001 as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF APRIL 12.2001 <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of April 12, <br />2001, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF APRIL 16.2001 <br />Haas made motion, Granger seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of April 16, <br />2001 as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CHARRETTE PROCESS/CITY VISIONING REPORT (MIKE LAMB) <br />In January 2001, the Hugo City Council approved the agreement with Hammel Green and Abrahamson, <br />Inc., (HGA) and SRF as the consultants who will do the charrette process/visioning for the City. Since <br />that time, the consultants have completed an inventory and analysis of the City, including intense <br />interviews with elected City officials and selected City staff. To date, the process has culminated with <br />two community workshops in early April that allowed residents the opportunity to participate in the <br />
