MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF 04/07/97 <br />The meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Jim Leroux at 7:15PM. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Goiffon, Johnson, Leroux <br />Mayor Fran Miron arrived at 7:40PM. <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />City Attorney, Greg Galler <br />City Engineer, Tom Angus <br />City Planner, Ed Elliott <br />Deputy Clerk, Carole LaBelle <br />Administrator requested the White Oak Heights Development Agreement be removed <br />from the consent agenda. <br />Motion made by Goiffon, seconded by Barnes to approve the following consent agenda: <br />City Council minutes for March 17, 1997 <br />General claims for April 7, 1997 <br />Charitable Gambling License (St. John's Church) <br />Certification of Local Performance Measures <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Development Agreement - White Oak Heights <br />In January the City Council approved a plat for the development known as White <br />Oak Heights, subdividing a 39 acre parcel into six, single family, residential lots, <br />and three outlots under the clustering concept. The applicants have requested three <br />building permits to begin construction on three residences. They have also <br />requested to change the proposed name from Hadley to Hannah. <br />Administrator Museus stated that it would not be advisable to change the street <br />name to Hannah considering the City already has a Henna Avenue. The three <br />building permits could be issued; however, no certificate of occupancy could be <br />issued until improvements are constructed. <br />Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Goiffon to recommend approval of the <br />White Oak Heights Development Agreement as amended. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Site Plan Approval - Lauren McCullough Well Drilling <br />Lauren McCullough Well Drilling, 15597 Forest Blvd., has requested site plan <br />approval to construct a 36' X 12' addition to the front of their existing building at <br />the above address. <br />
