Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the claims for November 6. <br />1995. deleting $34.8' for the purchase of pizzas by the Fire Department <br />for a hose test drill. The City Administrator is to talk to the Fire <br />Chief regarding Department policy for such purchases. <br />All aye. MN., has <br />submitted an application for a PUD known as Rice Lake Meadows 4th Addition <br />in order to subdivide 8.452 acres into fife single family residential <br />lots. This matter was considered by the PC on September 17, 1995 and <br />October 25, 1995. The PC recommended approval of the preliminary plat for <br />this development, subject to special conditions. Because of questions <br />regarding vacation of certain easements, and the fact two of the five <br />proposed lots are determined to the unbuildable, the following motion was <br />made: <br />
