MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MARCH 11, 2004 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Bailly, Hoffbeck, Kleissler, Malaski, McRoberts, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: Kendra Lindahl, City Planner <br />Michele Lindau, Secretary <br />Minutes of February 12, 2004 <br />Malaski made motion, Bailly seconded, to approve the minutes of February 12, 2004 as <br />amended. <br />Ayes: Bailly, Hoffbeck, Kleissler, Malaski, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />Abstain: McRoberts <br />Motion carried. <br />New Life Church CUP for Sign <br />A public hearing was scheduled for New Life Church, 6000 1481 Street North, to <br />consider their request for a Conditional Use Permit for a sign on property other than <br />where the church is located. Staff requested the Commission table this item to allow <br />additional time to work with the applicant to resolve the outstanding issues. <br />Chair Schumann opened the public hearing. No one wished to speak on the item. <br />Schumann recessed the public hearing. <br />Malaski made motion, Hoffbeck seconded, to table the request until the April 8, 2004 <br />meeting. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Oakwood Land Development - Beaver Ponds South Plat (Continued) <br />The Commission continued the public hearing to consider the application of Oakwood <br />Land Development for preliminary plat approval to construct 45 homes on 20 acres. The <br />development would be known as Beaver Ponds South, and located north of 125th Street <br />
