MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MAY 8, 2003 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Bailly, Kleissler, Malaski, McRoberts, Peltier, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: John Rask, Community Development Director <br />Michele Lindau, Planning Commission Secretary <br />Minutes of April 24, 2003 <br />Malaski made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve of the minutes of April 24, 2003 as amended. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried <br />Lakeview Hugo, LLP Amended PUD for Fable Hills <br />The Planning Commission had scheduled a public hearing to consider the request of Lakeview <br />Hugo, LLP, 3500 Willow Lake Boulevard, Suite #100, Vadnais Heights, for approval of a PUD <br />amendment for Fabled Hill (formerly called Legacy) located east of Elmcrest Avenue, west of <br />Europa Avenue and South of 140th Street. <br />Len Pratt, Developer, had requested the item be tabled to allow him an opportunity to work <br />through some outstanding issues. <br />Schumann suggested the Commission take public comments and he turned the Chair over to Vice <br />Chairperson Malaski. <br />Malaski opened the public hearing. There were no comments and she recessed the public hearing <br />until May 22, 2003 <br />Malaski make motion, Bailly seconded, to table the request until May 22, 2003. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />
