Call to Order <br />Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Bailly, Kleissler, Malaski, Peltier, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />ABSENT: McRoberts <br />ALSO PRESENT: John Rask, Community Development <br />Kendra Lindahl, Planner <br />Michele Lindau, Planning Commission Secretary <br />Minutes of September 12, 2002 <br />Malaski made motion, Kleissler seconded, to recommend approval of the minutes for September <br />12, 2002. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />CSAH 8/14 Realignment Cultural Resources Study Update <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing on the County State Aid Highway 8/14 Corridor <br />cultural resources study update. Chris Manthey from Washington County provided a brief <br />summary of the results of the survey completed to date. The purpose of the public hearing was to <br />provide an opportunity to gather public comment and input concerning historic properties and <br />archaeological resources in the vicinity of the project. <br />Schumann opened the public hearing but there were no comments. Schumann closed the public <br />hearing. <br />This agenda item required no formal action. <br />North Side Construction Site Plan <br />The Commission considered the application of Northside Construction for approval of a site plan <br />to construct a 4,000 square foot addition on the east side of their existing building at 15627 Forest <br />Boulevard North to be used for cold storage and future offices. <br />On February 21, 1989, the City Council had approved a site plan for a 40 x 70 -foot building <br />
