MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MARCH 28, 2001 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairperson Schumann called the meeting of the Hugo Planning Commission of March 28, 2001 to order at <br />7:05 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Kleissler, McRoberts (arrived at 7:15), Peltier, Rooney, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director, John Rask <br />Community Development Assistant, Michele Lindau <br />ABSENT: Malaski <br />Minutes for March 13, 2001 <br />Rooney made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the minutes for March 13, 2001 as submitted. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Minutes for March 20, 2001 <br />Peltier made motion, Rooney seconded, to approve the minutes for March 20, 2001 as amended. <br />Ayes: Peltier, Rooney, Rosenquist, Schumann. <br />Abstained: Kleissler <br />Motion carried. <br />Minutes for March 22, 2001 <br />Rosenquist made motion, Peltier seconded, to approve the minutes for March 22, 2001 as amended. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Special Use Permit (Colonna) <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the request of Emanuel Colonna, 4720 1701h St. N. <br />for a Conditional Use Permit for an accessory apartment to be located on his property at 4720 17& Street North, <br />which is a 37 -acre parcel in the Agricultural zoning district. The accessory apartment would consist of a <br />modular home, and would be served by a separate well and septic system. Colona stated in his application that <br />the home would be occupied by his daughter who desires to establish a temporary residence due to an illness. <br />MCROBERTS ARRIVED AT 7:15 PM. <br />rhe Community Development Director reviewed his staff report with the Planning Commission, recommending <br />
