MINUTES FOR THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF 8-25-99 <br />The meeting was called to order by Planning Commission Chairperson Puleo at 7:10 PM. <br />PRESENT: Kellison, Kleissler, Malaski, Peltier, Peterson, Puleo <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />Planner, Jeff Lutz <br />Deputy Clerk, Michele Lindau <br />ABSENT: Schumann <br />MINUTES OF JULY 28,1999 <br />Peltier made motion, Kellison seconded, to approve the Planning Commission minutes for the <br />meeting of July 28, 1999, as submitted. <br />Ayes: Kellison, Kleissler, Peltier, Peterson, Puleo. <br />Abstain: Malaski <br />Motion carried. <br />Conditional Use Permit (Neamy) <br />At the Planning Commission meeting of July 28, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the <br />request of Scott and Lea Ann Neamy, 17220 Keystone Ave. N., for a Conditional Use Permit to <br />operate a petting zoo on their property at the above address. Staff prepared a proposed <br />Conditional Use Permit for the Planning Commission to consider. <br />Scott Neamy was present at the meeting and requested consideration of the Conditional Use <br />Permit be tabled until the Planning Commission meeting in September. <br />Kellison make motion, Peltier seconded, to table the request for the Conditional Use Permit until <br />September 22, 1999. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Subdivision (Bald Eagle Industrial Park, 3rd Addition) <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the request of the City of Hugo, <br />5524 Upper 146th St. N., to plat the Bald Eagle Industrial Park, 3rd Addition, consisting of 31.99 <br />acres into five lots and one outlot. <br />Planning Commission member Kellison stated he would be a contractor for a proposed business <br />to be located on one of the lots should it be approved; therefore, he excused himself from the <br />Commission. <br />The City Administrator read the public notice as published in the White Bear Press. Puleo <br />opened the meeting for public comment, but there was none. <br />
