The meetinq was called to order by Mayor Stoltzman at 7:00 PM. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman <br />City Administrator, Robert Muspus <br />City Attorney, Greg Galler <br />City Engineer, Howard Kuusisto <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />Miron made motion, Brunotte seconded, to approve the minutes for the <br />regular City Council meeting of June 7, 1993, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried' <br />Leroux made motion, Brunotte seconded, to approve the claims for June 21, <br />1993, in the amount of $69,105.67' <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Mr. Leonard Minich has applied for all liquor licenses necessary to <br />operate Rd's Lounge, 13891 Forest Blvd. He is in the process of <br />purchasing this establishment. All appropriate documents have been <br />provided, and fees for the licenses have been paid. Mr. Minich was <br />present, and stated that the delinquent utility bill ($2,280'54) would be <br />paid at the time of closing' <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to grant the following licenses to <br />Leonard Minich to operate Rd's Lounge, 13891 Forest Blvd': ON SALE <br />SUNDAY, ON SALE INTOXICATING, OFF SALE INTOXICATING, GAMES, AND <br />CIGARETTES. <br />All aye' Motion Carried' <br />On June 7, 1993, the City Council conducted a public hearing to consider <br />the adoption of a revised on-site sewage treatment ordinance for the City. <br />At that hearing, the Council expressed concerns about lack of public input <br />into the adoption process, and continued the hearing until this meeting' <br />Mr' Al Goodman, Washington County Building Inspector, and Dale Eklin, an <br />on-site sewage treatment system designer active in our area, were prese,t <br />at the meeting to discuss the ordinance with the Council' <br />Stoltzman made motion, Miron seconded, to adopt ORDINANCE 93-282, AN <br />ORDINANCE REGULATING THE LOCATION, DESIGN, INSTALLATION, USE AND <br />MAINTENANCE OF INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />HUGO. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried' <br />
