The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stoltzman at 7:03 PM' PRESENT: Barnes, Jesinski, Miron, Stoltzman City Administrator, Ken Huber City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager ABSENT: Brunotte Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the minutes for the regular City Council meeting of November 19, 1991, as submitted. All aye' Motion Carried' Stoltzman made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the claims for December 2, 1991, in the amount of $248,687'53' All aye. Motion Carried. ANNUAL LIQUOR AND RELATED LICENSES Annually, the City Council renews the on -sale, off -sale, and other liquor licenses for the various establishments holding licenses in the City of Hugo. All licenses are issued pursuant to Chapter 150 of the municipal code. The proposed resolution reflects the licenses requested by the applicants at this time. BRUNOTTE ARRIVED AT 7:08 PM' Miron made motion, Jesinski seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1991-26, RESOLUTION APPROVING LIQUOR AND RELATED LICENSES FOR 1992. VOTING AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Jesinski, Miron, Stoltzman Motion Carried. APPOINTMENT TO BOARD F ZONING ADJUSTMENTS At the November 26, 1991 Planning Commission meeting, action was taken rW"umm=nuT/^y u.e =ppuM`uxW''Q u/ wommissioner Bill mezzanu to serve on the Board of Zoning Adjustments for the balance of this year and calendar year 1992. Brunotte made motion, Barnes seconded, to appoint Commissioner Bill Mezzano to serve on the Board of Zoning Adjustments for the balance of this year and calendar year 1992' All aye, Motion Carried. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES CONT The City Council received a copy of the Contract for Law Enforcement Services for the 1991 calendar year, as proposed by Washington County. The contract amount, as shown in Section 2 on Page 2, includes the cost of one squad car, which the City does get a credit for at the end of each calendar year. The County has indicated that the contracts for the 1992 calendar year will be sent to us some time in December of this year.
