The Council was provided a list of
incident reports filed by the Washington County Sheriff's Department
dating back to August 5, 1987. The incident reports merely reflect
situations where the sheriff's department has reported possible violations
and warned Mr. Ricci regarding the city's ordinance on operating after
hours. At the Council's direction, city staff requested that a
representative of the Washington County Sheriff's Department appear at the
public hearing. Notices were also sent to Mr' Ricci as required in the
municipal code. If the City Council chooses to suspend the licenses in
question for a specified period of time, city staff would recommend that
tne Council word the resolution carefully.
