Motion Carried. <br />4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />WfION: Peltier made motion, Hauer seconded, to approve the General Claims for <br />November 17, 1986 as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for <br />November 17, 1986, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.0 PETITIONS, REQUES'T'S, COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES <br />5.1 Marvin Bontrager - Rezoning <br />Eileen Bayless, fee owner of the property, represented by Peter Coyl, will be <br />withdrawing application for rezoning - File No. 1986-2-RZ. <br />5.3 White Bear Ambulance Contract <br />MOTION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk <br />to sign the contract between Hugo and -White Bear Lake for ambulance :services. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />5.4 Richard Meath - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br />MOTION: Peltier made motion, Schwab seconded, to renew the mobile home permit held by <br />Richard Meath for a 90 day period. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
