September 18, 1975 <br /> PRESENT: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty <br /> Clerk Burkard read the published notice of the advertisement <br /> of bids for the Street and Storm Sewer Improvement of <br /> 1975-1 and proceeded to open the bids, results as per <br /> attachment. <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to adopt Resolution <br /> 1975-31 a Resolution receiving bids on street and storm <br /> sewer improvements of 1975-1 and deferring action th erecf. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to have Attorney <br /> Johnson prepare temporary property easement for <br /> the property owners of James Wisner, Frank Hovald <br /> and Leonard Charpentier. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to have a meetip.g <br /> on September 24, 1975 at 7:00 P.M. to further consider <br /> the bids and the financeing of the street and storm sewer <br /> improvements and any other items. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to adjourn meeting <br /> at 3:02 P.M. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> �Robert E.
