<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Leroux, to approve
<br /> the minutes of November 15, 1976 as presented.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Smith, Schletty, LaValle, and Leroux
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> Motion: Lease made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve
<br /> the minutes of November 22, 1976, after changing
<br /> the wording in Ward III to read - north on Illies
<br /> to 125th, then west to Hilo.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Smith, Schletty, LaValle, and Leroux
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
<br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Smith, to approve
<br /> the payment of claims of December 7, 1976, as
<br /> presented.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Smith, Schletty, LaValle, and Leroux
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> APPROVAL OF UTILITY CLAIMS
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Leroux, to approve
<br /> the Utility Claims of December 7, 1976 as presented.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Smith, Schletty, LaValle, and Leroux
<br /> MOTIOT CARRIED
<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUEST. COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by LaValle that the
<br /> following license be issued to Interstate Lumber
<br /> Company: Soft drink in the amount of $5.00.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Smith, Schletty, LaValle, and Leroux
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Lease, that the
<br /> following licenses be issued to COUNTRYSIDE CENTER:
<br /> On Sale Intoxicating Liquor, On Sale Sunday Liquor,
<br /> Cigarette, and Soft Drink in the amount of $1717.00.

<br /> in the amount of $1747.00.
