6 2GUST 1, 1977 MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
<br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:08 PM by Mayor LaValle.
<br /> PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail
<br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the minutes
<br /> of July 18, 1977, after the following change is aide:
<br /> Page 3 (5.6) - should read, wishes to add on to his present residence
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to approve the general
<br /> claims of August 1, 1977, after deleting Items 16, and 21, for a
<br /> total of $6,029.74.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the utility
<br /> claims of August 1, 1977 as presented.

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> 5.1 Reschedule of Public Hearing for Mobile Home Permit — Hollihan
<br /> At this point in time, Thomas Hollihan is not sure exactly what his plans are.
<br /> Hold off on scheduling of public hearing until all necessary information is on file.
<br /> 5.2 Joe Zasuel — Mobile Home Permit Renewal
<br /> City Hall was unable to contact Mr. Zaspel to find out about payment of $10.00 for
<br /> the renewal. Gene Peltier will pay the $10.00 so that the matter can be dealt with at
<br /> the next City Council meeting.
<br /> 5.3 Francis Wollan — Farm Site Plan
<br /> Mr. Wollan lives on the corner of Inwood and 175th Street, and wants approval to build
<br /> a machine shed on his property. Council would like details on the building.
<br /> VOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by LaValle, to approve Francis Wollan's
<br /> Farm Site Plan as presented.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 5.4 Cyril LaCasse — Variance
<br /> Mr. LaCasse owns approximately 37 acres zoned Conservancy, and would like to have
<br /> a variance to divide into two 18 acre lots. The Planning Commission recommended approval
<br /> as provided with proof of two buildable lot sites as requested.
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the petition
<br /> of Cyril LaCasse to divide into two 18 acre lots. Does meet the
<br /> essence of the zoning ordinance.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Vail
