Minutes of the Proceedings of the Hugo City Council 41' <br /> Meeting of AUGUST 6, 1979 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:02 PM. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty and Vail <br /> ABSENT: Irsfeld <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve <br /> the minutes of July 16, 1979 as submitted. • <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the <br /> minutes of July 23, 1979, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the <br /> minutes of July 31 , 1979, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Sbhletty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to apprtve the <br /> General Claims for August 6, 1979, with the addition of <br /> a claim for Mike McAllister in the amount of $68.10. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, to approve the <br /> Utility Claims for August 6, 1979, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 White Bear & Forest Lake Youth Service Bureaus <br /> LaValle stated that the city has been approached by the Bureau in <br /> Forest Lake for funding in the amount of $2,000.00.
