23 MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL March 15, 1982 The meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Irsfeld at 7:02 PM. PRESENT: Irsfeld, McAllister, Schletty, Vail ABSENT: Mayor LaValle MOTION: Vail made motion, Irsfeld, seconded, to approve the minutes of March 1 , 1982, as submitted. VOTING FOR: Irsfeld, Vail, Schletty, McAllister MOTION CARRIED 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS MOTION: Irsfeld, made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the General Claims for March 15, 1982, as submitted. VOTING FOR: Irsfeld, Vail, Schletty, McAllister MOTION CARRIED MOTION: McAllister made moiton, Schletty seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for March 15, 1982, as submitted. VOTING FOR: McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES 5.1 Kelly Cadwallader - CANCELLED 5.2 Zimco Wood - Expiration of Letter of Credit Mr. Thomas Zimmerman called the clerk's office, and stated that the business was no longer in operation at this time, and did not know when it would reopen. Therefore, thought a renewal of the letter of credit would not be necessary. MOTION McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, to have the City Attorney draft certified letter to be signed by the City Clerk, notifying Zimco Wood Company that the City Council will proceed to vacate the Special Use Permit issued to Zimco Wood, unless the letter of credit is renewed by April 1 , 1982. Lack of renewal by the applicant will be considered by the Council as a voluntary surrender of the Special Use Permit, and proceedings will commence at the April 5th meeting for termination. VOTING FOR: McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.5 Bald Eagle Industrial Park - Drainage Plan Attorney Johnson and Engineer Kuusisto discussed the pre-preliminary plans for the storm water drainage system in the industrial park.
