35 <br /> THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> April 19, 1982 <br /> The special meeting to consider discussion of an overall drainage plan with the land <br /> owners in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park was called to order at 6:35 PM <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, Schletty, McAllister <br /> Tom Fast - Kuusisto Engineering <br /> Charles Johnson - City Attorney <br /> ABSENT: Irsfeld and Vail <br /> Representatives from Grace Development and Royal Tool were present. Wilson Tool <br /> did not have a representative due to an unexpected trip out of town. Richard Granger, <br /> adjacent property owner, was also present. <br /> There was general discussion of the proposed plan submitted for consideration. <br /> (IRSFELD ARRIVED AT 6:52 PM) . <br /> Mr. Fast stated that there were no borings or elevations taken for the pre-prelimi- <br /> nary study. He estimated the additional for elevations to be $500 and $800. <br /> The special meeting was closed at 7: 14 PM. <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order at 7:15 PM. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> Tom Fast and Charles Johnson <br /> ABSENT: Vail <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, Schletty seconded, to approve the minutes of April 5, <br /> 1982, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Irsfeld seconded, to approve the minutes of the <br /> Special Meeting of April 13, 1982, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> • <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, Schletty seconded, to approve the General Claims for <br /> April 19, 1982, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
