City of Lake EImo Washington County, Minnesota Resolution 94-17 A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision to Tom and Lisa Anderson WHEREAS, Tom and Lisa Anderson and Jeff and Michele Ubl made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 401.042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcel of land. Lot 2, Block 1 Downs Lame Estates WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered the request for a minor subdivision on May 23, 1994; and recommended unanimously that a minor subdivision be granted to the applicants; and WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed the recommendations of the Planning Commission, reviewed staff reports and heard all those who wished to address the issue of a minor subdivision at the Council Meeting held on the 21st day of June 1994, and has determined that the application for a minor subdivision is In compliance with the regulations of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that a minor subdivision is hereby granted and said minor subdivision shall result in the following described parcels: Marcel A That part of Lot 2, Block 1, Downs Lake Estates, according to the plat on file in the office of the County Recorder, WashlKtoa County, Minnesota which lies northeasterly of the following described line: Commencing at the most northerly corner of said Lot 2; thence South 01 degree 06 minutes 32 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Lot 2 a distance of 255.90 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 5, Bloch 1, Downs Lake Estates 2nd Addition according to the plat on file In said office of the county Recorder and the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 35 degrees 26 minutes 17 seconds West 114.92 feet to the west line of said Lot 2, Bloch 1, Downs Lake Estates and said line there terminate. The area of said parcel is 0.19 acres, more or less.
