CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASI-IE\TGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 96-17 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A IVIINO• SUBDMSION T'# <br />ME, LVIN AND JANE EDER <br />WHEREAS, Melvin and Jane Eder made application to the City of Lake Elmo for <br />a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 401.042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the <br />following described land: <br />All that part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 29 <br />North, Range 21 West. Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest comer of the North 341.62 feet of said East Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter; thence easterly along the southerly line of said North 341.62 feet a <br />distance of 606.63 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of the East 711.82 feet of said <br />East Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence southerly along said westerly line 300.08 feet, <br />more or less, to the southerly fine of the North 641.70 feet of said East Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter; thence easterly along said southerly line 711.82 feet, more or less, to <br />the easterly line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence southerly along said <br />easterly line 1991.10 feet, more or less, to the southeast comer thereof-, thence westerly <br />along the southerly line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter 1315.60 feet, more or <br />less, to the southwest comer thereof, thence northerly along the westerly line of said East <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter 2291.57 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br />Excepting therefrom the North 147 feet of the South 187 feet of the West 331.33 <br />feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Norhteast Quarter of Section 10, Township 29 North, <br />Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, heretofore platted as ELDER. PINE <br />RIDGE ACRES. Containing 63.26 acres, more or less. Subject to an easement for <br />roadway and utility purposes over, under and across all that part of the East 33.00 feet of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10, contained within the <br />above described 63.26 acre parcel. Subject to the right-of-way of Julep Avenue North <br />and subject also to the right-of-way of 47th Street North. Subject to and together with <br />any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered and recommended <br />approval of the request for a minor subdivision on July 8, 1996; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council, at its July 16, 1996, meeting, reviewed <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission, and has determined that the application <br />for a minor subdivision is in compliance with the regulations of the City, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a minor subdivision is hereby <br />granted and said minor subdivision shall result h-i the following described parcels: <br />
