1VIINUTES OT TIE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />July 8, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />July, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION`. <br />M,r. Dan Knudson <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert, Cable TV <br />M .Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTF,S The June l0, 2004 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />CUP FOR Mr. Kurt Adehnann appeared before the Commission requesting <br />SECOND approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a second garage on his <br />GARAGE - properrty at 315 Savage Lane. Adelmanu reported that he needs the <br />31.5 SAVAGE second garage for the storage of a boat, snowmobiles, lawn furniture, <br />LANE - and personal effects. <br />ADELMANN <br />Keis noted that access to the proposed garage will be challenging. Duray <br />asked if there would be a driveway accessing the garage. Adehnann <br />indicated that he plans to trim back some of the shrubbery to provide for a <br />clear access. He indicated that he was not sure he would need a driveway <br />to access the garage noting that the Largest piece of property to be stored in <br />the garage would be an alwniuuul boat. <br />
