Tom Duray <br />Mr. Gary Rheuune <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Ms. I{athy Weihe <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />MINUTES The September 9, 2004 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />AMENDMENT A representative of Shurgard Self Storage appeared before the Planning <br />TO PUD - Commission requesting approval of an Amendment to PUD to allow <br />55 COUNTY additional directional signage i^ excess of what was initially allowed in <br />ROAD BEAST - the PUD. The representative pointed out that given the multiple <br />SHURGARD buildings on the property and site grades, it has been difficult for <br />SELF STORAGE customers to find the office location. The representative showed various <br />pictures showing the properly layout as well as the proposed directional <br />signage. <br />The City Planner indicated that even with the addition of the directional <br />signage proposed, the property is well below the maximum amount of <br />signage that would be allowed. <br />Barraclough recommended approval of the Amendment to Planned Unit <br />Development allowing the addition of directional signage in excess of <br />what was initially allowed in the PUD for 55 County Road 'B East as <br />
