MINUTES OF TIIE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 9, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of <br />May, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Christopher Gatzke <br />Mr. Tom Roycraft <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. AI Brixius, City Planner <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin, Cable'I'V Producer <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The minutes of the April 'I 1, 2002 Planning Commission meeting <br />were approved as amended by Mr. Knudsen. Mr. Knudsen had pointed <br />out earlier that John Keis actually chaired the meeting rather than Dennis <br />Carson. Knudsen also asked that the minutes be clarified to show that the <br />fencing around the outdoor storage at the Orius site on Spruce Street was <br />for security purposes only and not screening. Screening would have to be <br />accomplished through benning and landscaping. <br />~PREL.iMINARY Mr. Mark Gossman, Montanari Homes, appeared before the Commission <br />& FINAL PLAT - requesting approval of a Preliminary and Final Plat for Edgewater <br />EDGEWATER Townofl'ice Park Gossman pointed out that the plat will create the legal <br />TOWNOI+FICE descriptions so that Che units can be sold on an individual basis. Gossman <br />PARK - also indicated that the plat is dedicating a piece of the Park Street <br />MONT'ANARI right-of--way that does not currently exist. Gossman noted that Park <br />HOMES Street is being platted to follow the curve of the existing road, and enough <br />right-of--way is being dedicated via the plat to provide a 60-foot right-of- <br />way. Curving the right-of--way allows the developer to meet the City's <br />
