MINtI"1'CS OP THE REGULAR ~9l?CTING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LI"T"TLC CANADA, MINNCSO"1'A <br />AUGUST 8, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />August, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John I<eis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ML:MI3ERS BXCUSGD: <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Christopher Gatzke <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Roycraft <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />ALSO PRESBN'T~: Mr. Steve Gt'itUnan, City Planner <br />Mr. Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Mr. Jeremy [3rodin, Cable TV Producer <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTCS The minutes of the July 1 I, 2002 Planning Commission meeting were <br />approved as submitted. <br />REZONING 1'he City Planner reviewed the City's proposal to rezone certain Little <br />OF CERTAIN Canada Road properties from General Business (Q-3) to Residential <br />Ll'i'TLE [3usiness (R-Q). 1'he R-B zoning is better reflective of the actual use of <br />CANADA properties in this area. <br />ROAD <br />PROPER"TICS Don Smith, Little Canada Road property owner, indicated that he <br />supported the rezoning as proposed. <br />Mr. Knudson recommended the rezoning of the following properties from <br />General Qusiness (I3-3) to Residential-Easiness (R-Q) as proposed: <br />316 Little Canada Road <br />328 Little Canada Road <br />
