MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 12, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />September, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7;30 p.m, and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough (arr. 7:50) <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Christopher Gatzke <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Roycraft <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Jeremy 13rodin, Cable TV Producer <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The minutes of the August 8, 2002 Planning Commission meeting were <br />approved as submitted. <br />FINAL STAGE George Sherman, Sherman Associates, appeared before the Commission <br />PUD AND FINAL requesting Final Stage PUD approval for the senior/retail building as well <br />PLAT FOR as Final Plat approval for Village Square. Sherman noted that the City <br />VILLAGE Planner's report indicates that the proposal has met all the conditions that <br />SQUARE were previously established. He further noted that the City Engineer's <br />comments relate to the townhome concept, and Sherman indicated that the <br />Engineer's comments are appropriate and they will comply with those <br />recommendations when they submit for townhome approval. <br />Sherman presented the Commission with materials samples for the <br />exterior of the senior/retail building. He noted that he has not yet <br />submitted materials for the townhome concept. <br />Mr. Wojcik recommended approval of the Final Stage PUD for the <br />senior/retail building and approval for the Final Plat for Village Square <br />
