MINUTES OP' THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 10, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of <br />October, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Christopher Gatzke <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Nlr. Tom Roycraft <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />ABSENT: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr <br />Mr <br />Mr <br />Mr <br />Ms <br />Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Lee Elfering, City Engineer <br />Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Jeremy Brodin, Cable TV Producer <br />Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The minutes of the September 12, 2002 Planning Commission meeting <br />were approved as submitted. <br />LOT LINE Aleks Klidzejs appeared before the Commission requesting approval of <br />RELOCATION - the relocation of the lot line between 3244 and 3246 Twin Lake Road. <br />3244 TWIN Klidzejs reported that he owns both homes, but is planning to sell 3246 <br />LAKE ROAD - Twin Lake Road. The lot line relocation would move the lot line to a <br />ALEKS KLIDZEJS more natural property line location and would allow increase the size of <br />the lot for the property that he will retain. The City Planner noted that <br />both lots would still be in compliance with the City's code requirements. <br />Duray pointed out that the lots are legally non-conforming as they do not <br />abut an improved street frontage. The City Planner replied that that was <br />correct. There are driveways on either sides of the property that serve <br />
