MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 12, 2017 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />January, 2017 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Bill Buesing called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Bill Buesing <br />Ms. Jennifer Schletty-Flores <br />Mr. Nick Sandell <br />Mr. Al Davison <br />Mr. Chris Kwapick <br />Ms. Catherine Beltmann <br />Mr. Nick Schwalbach <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe, Associate Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />WELCOME TO On behalf of the Commission, Bill Buesing welcomed Catherine Beltmann <br />NEW MEMBERS and Chris Kwapick to the Planning Commission. <br />ELECT Sandell stated he was interested in the position of Vice Chair of the <br />PLANNING Commission for 2017. There being no other nominations, Sandell was <br />COMMISSION unanimously appointed. <br />VICE -CHAIR <br />MINUTES <br />PRELIMINARY & <br />FINAL PLAT FOR <br />A 14 UNIT <br />TOWNHOME <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />AT 2736 & 2744 <br />RICE STREET; <br />CASH FOR <br />HOUSES, LLC <br />The November 10, 2016 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />The City Planner gave a background of the project, explaining that the <br />development consists of 14 townhouse units, and the Planned Unit <br />Development plans were approved in November. He stated the plats that <br />the Commission is reviewing will create the legal lots for each townhome <br />and a Lot 15 for the open space and stonnwater pond. He noted that staff is <br />
