MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13`x' day of June, <br />2000 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />JUNE 13, 2000 <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Mr. Luke Vigoren <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />ACTION The City Administrator presented proposed Action Plans that staff <br />PLANS put together to address the top eight goals that resulted from the <br />Council/Staff goal setting session which was held earlier this year. <br />Council began with a review of the Action Plan for the first goal, "Finalize <br />Thoroughfare Plan with sites, I.D. for Acquisition in Undeveloped Areas". <br />Fahey suggested that the City needed to place a moratorium on the areas <br />identified so that development does not occur that would reduce options <br />for the thoroughfare plans. <br />The Public Works Director pointed out that the Action Plan calls for the <br />preparation of area maps by June 30"'. These maps will show the parcels <br />affected by the thoroughfare plans. <br />
