MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 9, 2000 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9'~' day of <br />November, 2000 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Nir. Scott Barraclough <br />Mc Tom Duray <br />Ms. Faith Kraemer <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES There being no corrections to the October 12, 2000 Planning <br />Commission minutes, those minutes stand approved as submitted. <br />CONCEPT Mr. Frank Frattalone appeared before the Commission asking for concept <br />REVIEW - review of a PUD site plan for a project he is proposing on his land located <br />PUD SITE at the south end of Spruce Street. Frattalone pointed out that the property <br />PLAN - consists of approximately I 1 acres. He purchased the site from the St. <br />FRANK Paul Water Department. He has been marketing the site for the past two <br />FRATTALONE years, but has not been successful in finding a buyer. <br />Frattalone reported that the property was originally zoned B-3 and it was <br />rezoned in 1997 to PUD with an I-1 underlying. <br />Frattalone reported that he has been looking to add on to his existing <br />building on Spruce Street. However, an addition onto that building would <br />reduce his yard space. He discussed trading property with the bus <br />company located next door. The bus company was considering <br />developing the 11-acre Spruce Street site. However, this does not seem to <br />be a feasible solution. Frattalone indicated that rather than add onto his <br />
